• Upon hitting the "Submit Booking Form " button below this form will be emailed to info[AT]WonderSparkPuppets.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours and let you know if the date and time is available. You will then be asked to make a $50 deposit via a PayPal link that we will provide to you in an email.  This deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the total cost of the show, due on the performance date.
